Secondary Antibodies
The reactivity of the antiserum is restricted to isotype specific determinants on the Fc part of the IgG molecule. The antiserum reacts with the 4 subclasses of IgG, as tested in indirect binding enzyme immunoassay, immunoblotting and indirect immunoperoxidase staining of cytoplasmic Ig. To identify the presence of IgG in human serum, other body fluids, cell and tissue substrates and to determine its concentration in techniques as radio immuno assay, ELISA, indirect immunoperoxidase and immunofluorescence staining and immunoblotting of cytoplasmic IgG. The optimum working dilution is an assayrelated characteristic and should always be determined by titration. For histochemical use optimum dilutions are mostly from 1:50 to 1:200; in ELISA from 1:500 upwards; in Western blotting from 1:1,000 upwards. These data should be interpreted as general recommendations only.
Highly purified IgG isolated from pooled human serum
Delipidated, heat inactivated, lyophilized, stable whole ascites IgG concentration is 1.0 mg/ml. No foreign proteins added.

Mouse anti Human IgG (class specific) Antibody
Mouse
Human
The antiSerum does not react with any other component of the Human Ig system or any other Human plasma protein as tested. This antiSerum has not been tested for cross-reactivity with other species.
Monoclonal Mouse antiSerum to Human IgG, isotype specific.
Immunology
Indirect immunofluorescence,ELISA
Indirect immunofluorescence,ELISA.
The lyophilized product is shipped at ambient temperature and may be stored at +4°C; prolonged storage at or below -20°C. Reconstitute the lyophilized ascites by adding 0.5 ml sterile distilled water. Dilutions may be prepared by adding phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). Avoid repeated thawing and freezing. If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation and will not affect the performance of the product. Diluted ascites should be stored at +4ºC, not refrozen, and preferably used the same day. Lyophilized at +4° C--at least 10 years. Reconstituted at or below -20° C--3-5 years. Reconstituted at +4° C--7 days

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.Antibody against the Hu protein or peptide or recombinant supplied in 1 volumes. Ask for quote if you need bulk.
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
Immunoglobulin gamma, IgG, mouse monoclonal H&L chain clones or rabbit, goat polyclonal antibodies have 4 parts. There are 2 heavy chains, 2 light chains. The IgG antibody has 2 antigen binding sites. They represent 70% or more of serum antibodies. This antibody can be antigen purified or protein A or G purified. For storage sodium azide is added or you can call us to request azide free antibody preparations. These will need colder storage temperatures.

Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbread strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, SCID while the CD-1 is outbred as strain.
