This antibody is purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography which removes essentially all rabbit serum proteins, except the specific antibody for rat IgG.
This biotin conjugated antibody is specific for rat IgG and shows no cross-reactivity human/bovine/goat/rabbit IgG.
The Biotin Conjugated Rabbit Anti-rat IgG antibody is intended to be used for research analyses and it is not applicale for in vitro diagnostics.
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
