We recommend MT421 as capture antibody in ELISA and ELISpot. In ELISA mAb MT421 is recommended in combination with HRP-conjugated detection antibody MT424. In ELISpot, mAb MT421 is recommended in combination with biotinylated detection antibody MT424.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
