low cross reactivity with ADAMTS4
reacts primarily with ADAMTS5. When ADAMTS5 and ADAMTS4 are analyzed with the antibody in Western blots and ELISA, ADAMTS5 is detected at 50-fold lower concentrations than ADAMTS4.
